SLIDE OPERATOR - Supports weekly services & special events through slide operation
ACOLYTES at 11AM - Children and adults assist at communion time during the 11AM service
ALTAR GUILD - Setup for Sunday mornings and special services
CHALICE BEARER - Serve the consecrated wine at the celebration of communion
FLOWER GUILD - ARRANGE altar flowers for Sunday worship
FLOWER DELIVERY - Rearrange and/or deliver altar flowers to members that are homebound or hospitalized
PRAYER WRITING - Collaborate with a larger group to develop the Prayers of the People prayed in Sunday worship
SAFETY TEAM - Proactively protect and support a variety of ministry teams on campus
WELCOME GREETER - Oversee the Welcome Kiosk to answer any questions and greet visitors after services
NAME TAG GREETER - Welcome attendees while encouraging community
USHERS - Greet and help Sunday worshipers find seats and hand out bulletins
GRACEKIDS GREETER - Create an inviting atmosphere in our GK area with warm greetings, assisting with check-in, and walking visitors through registration
GRACEKIDS CLASSROOM ASSISTANT at 8:30AM or 11AM - Assist teacher in discipling the next generation in preschool or during the children's sermon (elementary)
GRACEKIDS FUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSROOM ASSISTANT - Assist teacher with general classroom help, assist with meals, simple setup, cleanup, and brief playground time
HOSPITALITY SERVE TEAM - Assist the Hospitality Coordinator to setup rooms, prepare or set out food, and provide clean up for receptions held for various services, funerals, or church events throughout the year
NEWCOMER'S SERVE TEAM - Help with room and food setup for lunches, welcome attendees, and extend hospitality
MARRIAGE COURSE VOLUNTEERS - Create a warm and inviting environment for our MC guests
ALPHA SERVE TEAM - Create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere through room setup, food service, and clean up (Begins January 2026)
CARE MINISTRY HELPER - Help parishioners who are momentarily unable to fulfill daily living tasks (i.e. shopping, home chores, etc.)
TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY DRIVER - Provide members rides to church, doctor visits or daily necessary tasks who are recovering from surgery or for other medical reasons
GRACE MEALS TEAM - Prepare simple dinners for families with a new birth or those challenged by illness or loss
CAMPUS SUPPORT/MAINTENANCE CREW - Help keep the church buildings and grounds maintained
GARDENERS OF GRACE - Help maintain the Memorial Garden and flower pots on campus
